Ingredients required: Raw rice / Basmathi rice 1 cup Capsicum 1 cup onion sliced 2 nos garlic cloves 3 nos ginger 1 inch green chilli 2 nos Cinnamon 1 inch cloves 3 cardamom 2 chilli powder 1 tsp coriander powder 2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp salt 1 tsp curd 1/2 cup coriander leaves 1/2 cup mint leaves 1/2 cup water 2 cups Procedure: Preheat the cooker. Add the garam masala items like cinnamon cloves and cardamom. Add crushed ginger garlic and green chilli into it. Add the sliced onion and chopped capsicum and stir wel. Now add the chilli powder coriander powder turmeric powder and salt. Curd mint and coriander leaves can be added.Add 2 cups of water and allow it to boil well.once water starts boiling add soaked rice and allow it to cook well until 3 to 4 whistles.
