I’m back from my adventures and will be going back to a normal workout schedule with you 💪 This full body workout was requested by one of our own here on the channel, thank you so, so much for your patience with me! I used 30 pounds weights and my goodness it was shock for my first workout back 😅 We have two parts in this routine: Full body HIIT circuits We have three circuits to do. Each of them has an upper body move, a lower body move, a compound move and an ab move. There are no breaks during the circuits and we are doing each of them three times 💥 Cardio and abs The last part of the workout is a 13 min ish cardio and core adventure. We do each move for 30 seconds and have 10 seconds break.
