Finally, place the plate on the steel stand/trivet. Cover with a lid to trap the heat like an oven. Mix well and fold chocolate chips in the dough Refrigerate mixture for 1 hour Chilling the dough makes more tender and well-shaped cookies Line baking tray with parchment paper or grease baking tray Prepare small balls - place in baking tray at least 2 inches away from each other Add extra chocolate chips on top - for great presentation Preheat oven at 325 degrees - 325šF (162 C) Bake for 12 to 15 mins until golden and brown around the edges.
