He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business with concentrations in Economics and Finance. He worked hard as a roofer to put himself through college and completed his degree in just three years, a significant accomplishment considering that James graduated dead last in his High School class due to challenges with Dyslexia (which at the time was not well understood or diagnosed). Further, James has proven himself as a powerfully influential speaker, trainer, and mentor. Throughout his career, James has shared his extensive knowledge with more than 10 million people worldwide, and is one of the most highly sought after speakers in the nation today. He has shared the platform with many distinguished luminaries from across the spectrum.
