Crown Sydney opens new restaurants today

Crown Sydney’s new $2.2 billion tower will open today – boasting a five-star hotel and string of restaurants. New South Wales Tourism Minister Stuart Ayres has welcomed the opening, saying it will raise the bar and “sets a new global standard”. Sydney’s economy is also set to benefit from the new restaurants – which have created hundreds of jobs. The NSW Independent Liquor and Gaming Authority previously delayed the opening of the casino’s gambling operations.
