Ongoing frustrations at Seattle's Alki Beach Park

Alki Beach residents say the behavior they witnessed Saturday that resulted in the park being shut down was the worst they've seen. In recent years, residents say there has been a noticeable difference between daytime and nighttime activity at Alki Beach.
