messed lauki (ghiya) is taken first and add besan , salt and turmeric powder then mix it well and cook in kadhai as shown in video. do not hard cook the besan texture must be same as it is. Home made delicious khandvi with new style i.e lauki khandvi , tasty children do love it with high nutrition value and low carbs including veggies like carrot ghiya or you can add some more by yourself it is a good source of calcium as it also contain coconut. for garnishing we can use coriander and sarso (mustard seeds)
