Hamburger Sandwich on Sandwiches of History

It's the 4th of July and I can't think of a better sandwich to make than the Hamburger Sandwich. Yes, back when the hamburger made the jump from plate go-food, it was first served between two slices of bread since buns came along later. I decided to take on my current favorite Hamburger Sandwich from Dad's Luncheonette in Half Moon Bay. Complete with over easy egg, this is one tasty sandwich.
