Bulgarian Split Squats are supposed to be really good for your quads and glutes, and as someone who skips leg day a lot, I can use the help. I had a great time playing Black Myth Wukong. It's such a great game. As a kid, I would watch the Chinese Wukong cartoon and I would dream about being the Monkey King. Now, as an adult, I can fulfill my dream and fantasy.
