KAWATAN SA ALVIOLA BUTUAN CITY, DAKPAN SA KAPULISAN (SNATCHER IN BUTUAN CITY, ARRESTED BY POLICE)

A snatcher who tried to stole a BATTERY from one of the biggest construction companies in Butuan City was arrested at Alviola, Butuan City last Monday Night. Suspect named Lemuel, 46 years old, from at the back of the construction company's in Alviola. A Security Guard-on-patrol to check it was clear. A snatcher was caught. Then he was turned over to the POLICE at Butuan City Police Station 1. He was charged with QUALIFIED THEFT.
