Welcome to my gameplay walkthrough of the Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War campaign on Realism difficulty. Call of Duty Black Ops Cold War drops the player into the depths of the Cold War’s volatile geopolitical battle of the early 1980s. Realism functions identically to the Veteran difficulty, carrying the same damage and weapon mechanics. The only difference, however, is the limited HUD display. Gun display, grenade slots, ammunition value, and friendly NPC nametags are completely absent in this difficulty.
