Protesters confront Dallas Police Association President at City Hall over Deep Ellum assault charges

About two dozen protesters led by organizer Dominique Alexander walked the halls after the City Council took a recess just before 11 a.m. Alexander confronted Mika Mata after a felony warrant was released for the victim of the Deep Ellum attack, L'Daijohnique Lee.
