On the Mickey Mouse in Black and White DVD set, about nine seconds of silence are cut out before the title music kicks in, and a portion of the image is cropped on the left and right side. The copy shown on Ink & Paint Club crops the top and bottom, but retains the silence at the beginning and some additional title art on the sides..
