Ingredients for Dahi chicken recipe: Chicken 500 grams White Oil 2 tbsp Turmeric powder ¼ tsp Chili powder 1 tsp Salt to taste Cashew nut 5 Yogurt ½ cups Cardamom 2 Cloves 4 Cinnamon 1 Lemon juice 1 tsp Ginger and Garlic paste 2 tsp Chopped onion 2 big size Chopped Tomato 1 Chopped Coriander leaves 1 tbsp Fried Masala Powder – for this I have taken Black pepper 10, Cardamom 2, Cinnamon 1, cloves 4, whole Coriander and Cumin 1 tsp (all the spices fried in a pan without oil and make it powder) . ====================================== How to Prepare Dahi Chicken Curry? For marinate the chicken add salt, Turmeric Powder and Lemon juice. Mix it well. Cover it and keep it for 15 minutes. Heat the pan and add oil for frying the onion. Add chopped Onion in the pan. Fry it nicely. Add cashew nut; stir it 1-2 times. Now add Ginger and Garlic paste, Chili Powder and Turmeric Powder. Fry it well. Add chopped Tomato and fry it. Take all the things in a jar and make the paste in Mixer Grinder. Now again heat the pan and add oil. Add Cardamom, Cloves and Cinnamon in the hot pan. Stir it 1-2 times. Add marinated chicken in it. And fry it. Now flip the chicken for fry the other side. No need to fry the chicken too much. Just shallow fry it. Now add the Onion and Tomato paste. Add one cup of water. And add Fried Masala Powder. Mix it well. Cover it for 5 minutes. After 5 minutes, open the cover. Now add Yogurt. Before use Yogurt- add some salt in Yogurt and beaten it nicely or you can use Grinder also. Add chopped Coriander leaves and salt. And mix it properly. Again cover it for 15 minutes. In between open the cover once and flip the chicken. After 15 minutes, open the cover.
