Lacy Evans says RCMP Incident Planned with Officer WWE wrestler Lacy Evans did a skit this past weekend with an RCMP officer in Edmonton to promote the Sept 21 WWE event at Rogers place where there arena was less than a quarter of it's capacity according to reports.
