Desperate Journeys: UNHCR award honours activists

This year’s UN's Nansen Award, that recognises work to help refugees and migrants, has been given to a Greek human rights activist and the Hellenic rescue team. They were recognized for their role in giving support to the hundreds of thousands of refugees that streamed through Greece on their way to northern Europe. Al Jazeera's Hoda Abdel-Hamid reports.
