As the rebuilding progresses in Lake Charles after Hurricane Laura, thousands of people who came to New Orleans for shelter, have now returned home. But still the city says 5,600 evacuees are still here. Some of those families are very upset about the approaching major hurricane, and that the state is telling them it's time to go home after it passes. If you lost your home in Hurricane Katrina, you may remember you weren't anywhere near back to normal or settled just six weeks afterward. That is what Hurricane Laura evacuees, sheltered in New Orleans hotels, are feeling now.
