Smoke billows over a building in Kyiv after an attack carried out using "kamikaze drones", according to a statement by the Ukrainian president's chief of staff Andriy Yermak on social media. AFP journalists heard several explosions Monday morning in Kyiv, exactly a week after Russian missile strikes on the Ukrainian capital.
