Its much harder to describe errors, misconduct, unconstitutional violations when the officer does it more than once and over six different times during this one stop. In the police report (but not the video) the officer claims to have had probable cause to search the individual, stating there were two items considered drug paraphernalia "In plain view" on the drivers side floor and in the drivers door panel. Watch as the officer claims his intent to frisk the driver but asks if he has permission to search the driver while initiating his illegal search rather than a frisk as described. Why would the officer remove his dash cam's audio recording during the search but immediately after having "found" a pistol in the open portion of the center console. He throws the recoding device on the hood of his squad and immediately returns to place it inside the car. More will be posted as the police report was falsified and totally contradicted by this video several times.
