A German receives 90 COVID-19 shots to sell fake passes | Germany News | NewsRme

According to reports, a 60-year-old man in Germany got hundreds of doses of COVID-19 vaccine before selling fake vaccination cards with legitimate vaccine batch numbers to others who didn't want to be vaccinated. He was arrested this month by German criminal police after receiving up to 90 doses of COVID-19 at vaccination sites in the eastern state of Saxony for months, according to German news agency dpa. His identity has not been disclosed because of German privacy laws. Forgery and unlawful vaccination card distribution are among the charges against the individual, according to DPA. Second day in a row, he showed up at Eilenburg in Saxony's Eilenburg immunization facility to get a COVID-19 injection. Several blank vaccination cards were seized from him by the police, who then began criminal procedures against him. As of this writing, it isn't apparent how many injections of COVID-19 vaccinations the individual received from various manufacturers had on his health. In recent months, German authorities have carried out many searches in connection with the falsification of vaccination passports. Covid-19 denialists desire the COVID-19 passports, which allow them to enter public spaces and events like restaurants, theaters, and swimming pools, but they refuse to be vaccinated in Germany at the same time.
