The Kerala Government's Women's Wall aka Vanitha Mathil was formed on January 1, 2019, from Kasargod to Thiruvananthapuram. Over 30 lakh women participated in the 620-kilometre long chain across the state through National Highways. The state government has taken this initiative to reinstate the values of renaissance and to try to insert gender equality and progressive value among the people.
