POE Baranite Cleric Spectre

These have a lightning blast spell with okayish base damage. Sadly it seems to miss a lot, especially when enemies are too close. These are mainly used for their AoE buff however which grants: 20% of physical as extra lightning damage and a 10% chance to shock. It does not seem to benefit from increases to AoE. The buff does not stack when multiple are used. These can be found in maps influenced by Baran. This video was recorded in patch 3.22.
