Teahouse Island: The Serene, Secluded Heart of the Japanese Garden

Peer beyond the bridge that leads to Teahouse Island at the center of the Missouri Botanical Garden's 14-acre Japanese Garden. Normally closed to the public, the island welcomes visitors for exclusive tours every Labor Day weekend during the Garden's annual Japanese Festival.
