A chilly eight degrees here in Noosa this morning with a 10 to 15 knot+ southerly blowing at the river mouth. Still a long ride hander coming through across the bar but a reasonable lull between sets if you were desperate for a fish in the bay. Strong wind warning in place. No boats out... apart from Mal. BOM forecast is for southerly winds 20 to 25 knots, reaching up to 30 knots offshore during the afternoon and evening. Seas: 2 to 2.5 metres. Swell: Southerly 1.5 to 2 metres inshore, increasing to 3 to 5 metres offshore. Filmed between 6.30am and 7.15am which was an hour or so after a 0.59m low tide.
