LIVE (2): TORNADO OUTBREAK COVERAGE - MS/LA/AL 03.25.21

This is live severe weather coverage of the tornado outbreak expected over areas of the Deep South and Dixie Alley. Model indications are warranting a significant severe risk over these areas, and this will be a dangerous and life threatening situation for those impacted. Model runs indicate surface parameters of 3000+ J/kg of CAPE (Convective Available Potential Energy), upwards of 400 m2/s-2 of Helicity (spin in the atomsphere), and upwards of 30kts of shear. This is looking like it far and away could be more significant than last week's severe weather event, which produced upwards of 20 tornadoes over areas of LA, MS, and AL. This is a similar situation, but could be a lot worse when it comes down to it. The LCL (height clouds will form if lifting occurs) is averaging around 200m, which is EXTREMELY low to the ground and surface. This is indicative that we might see multiple wedge tornadoes, as these storms are going to be very close to the ground and any kind of wall cloud that forms from a rotating thunderstorm could touch the ground fully. The 11am timeframe will be changed if the need for it is warranted, but this is when the real threat is supposed to kick-off for the risk area, pending further model guidance. Support the stream: https://streamlabs.com/royalnyr54 I am a young adult, currently studying and working towards the goal of majoring in meteorology in college. I reside just outside of the New York City metropolitan area but follow weather all around the country. I love being outside; being out in the wild is one of my favorite things to do when time allows. I'll spend up to 8 hours a day during the summer hiking and exploring no matter the location, except for when I am covering severe weather on the channel! I also love to travel; the profile picture was taken in northern Quebec, and the channel art was taken in Burlington, VT! I do livestreams almost every night when there is severe weather to cover!
