Transcript: [Music] so here's our September through December 2018 calendar part 3 of our video trying to update you give you a little more detail of things that are going on during the year so in this in September remember that we were started this a few years ago we call it who's your Bible days that is kind of the church side of the fall campaign we used to call it the fall push or the fall push as more the bus and who's your Bible days is all of us as a church trying to get folks to come in and during that time we'll have John Romans we have Bibles that are available all during the week for those that are in the community and want to get a Bible the idea is to promote the Bible and how important it is in our society so that's the concept of who's your Bible base and so that will start up on September 9th and then we are in the 16th the 23rd and the 30th and so we have those four Sundays we specifically will be pushing really hard to get as many folks as we can out to our services on Sunday mornings so you want to be praying for that there's not a lot of other things that we have going on during the month of September just for that reason we try to loosen up the calendar for the month of September then we come to October and in October we have the the college fall break that we started last year and that helps us out just with the flow of different things that gives the college students after the fall campaign and especially the the freshmen coming in gives them a little bit a little bit of a break and it helps out we also at the end of October that is October 28th you'll see so in the spring time we have a Sunday evening fellowship and so on October 28th that's a Sunday night we again will have a Sunday evening fellowship it's farther removed from the fall campaign so we've kind of relaxed but again it makes us push a little bit to get some of those folks that have been coming out maybe they came up once or twice on a Sunday morning get them to come out again on a Sunday evening and so that's on October 28th we come into November we have empowered youth we have our food a thon we have our Thanksgiving breakfast but then after Thanksgiving on the 22nd that weekend a year or so ago at Christmastime we had a Seth and Mariah Custer come in and they did a concert on a Sunday night for us it was a Christmas concert well they're gonna come in on that Thanksgiving weekend and on Sunday night and then Monday and Tuesday Monday and Tuesday who's going to be working with our high school and with our college students and teaching a little bit on music he has a great understanding a biblical understanding of music and so he's going to do some teaching we'll let you know if you're interested in that you can come in and enjoy his teaching and his expertise but on Sunday night we're gonna have a concert that he and his wife then will perform and put a lot of other pieces not just Christmas because it's a little early you may slide in a Christmas piece or two but he has a lot of other music and it's godly music and I think it's a good testimony and so that'll be another evening to try to get folks to come out to church we then start into Christmas season and our December calendar then the 2nd 9th to 16th our Christmas Sunday is December 23rd and so you'll see a lot of different things through that Christmas season on the Sundays we have our New Year's Eve service will be on the 30th so that's our Sundays but then through the week you'll see that our Christmas banquet and our Christmas music night are on two different weeks I think that'll actually be helpful might relax so we have the Christmas banquet first on the 13th of December then the next Tuesday the 18th which is a little closer to Christmas that's when we'll have the Christmas concert and so you see that there in our December calendar so that is our September October November December a good solid year for us we will try to have posted some extra dates at the end of this video to just try to help you of some things coming up in 2019 just for planning for future things coming up I think that will help you so this is the final video of our 2018 calendar year
