Tropical Storm Rina forms in Atlantic

FOX 13 Meteorologist Jim Weber is keeping an eye on the tropics on the one-year anniversary of Hurricane Ian making landfall in SW Florida. He says Tropical Storm Philippe is a disorganized system that will works its way north and stay over open waters. According to Weber Invest 91 strengthened into Tropical Storm Rina Thursday morning and is expected to stay out at sea.
