BOWIE AT HIS AVANT GARDE BEST ~ SMALL PLOT OF LAND 95

Uploaded to mark the 24th anniversary of the release of David's Outside album heres track 4 from the album 1. Outside (commonly referred to as Outside) the concept album first released 25 September 1995 by David on Virgin Records, and Bowie's 19th studio album. The album was Bowie's reunion with Brian Eno, whom Bowie had worked with, among the others, on his Berlin Trilogy in the 1970s. Subtitled "The Nathan Adler Diaries: A Hyper-cycle", Outside centres on the characters of a dystopian world on the eve of the 21st century. Bowie’s old obsession Scott Walker looms large on A Small Plot of Land with its references to “Nite Flights” (“swings through the tunnels”) and Bowie’s condor-swoops on the reoccurring “POOR dunces” suggest Walker’s strangled tenor. But “Small Plot,” a song built on running collisions among its players, is also an example of the sound that Bowie and Eno had wanted from the Leon sessions This channel never has & never will carry advertisements the only ads you will find are those enforced by copyright claims & fair dues to those that are entitled I upload sorely for the love of the music Hope you find something to enjoy xx Big Thanks Love on ya MT If you enjoy the content of my channel please Like & Share the video's Subscribe & click the bell for notifications of uploads etc etc You know the drill This video is dedicated to the principals behind the rock against racism movement Rock Against Racism was a groundbreaking movement which staged marches, festivals and concerts from 1976-81 with the aim of fighting racism through music MTRudeBoy claims no rights to sound or vision Footage used to Pay Respect & Honour Britain's Greatest ever solo artist
