Final Fantasy 16 (XVI) - All Patron Item Locations (Careful Whisper Trophy Guide)

There are 16 Patron Items Locations in Final Fantasy XVI (FF 16) for the Careful Whisper trophy. They are all redeemed from "The Patron's Whisper" shop in The Hideaway. They are simply reward items for how much Renown you have gathered. Renown is awarded for Main Quests, Side Quests, and Hunt Board Quests. There is a little bit more Renown available in total than you need for all items, but you will need around 98% game completion, so must do nearly all quests to afford the Patron Items. Then you just go to the shop and redeem them. None of these are missable, you can still do all relevant side content after the story in free-roam. The quests before the Point of No Return in Main Quest 25: The Dame do not give Renown so it doesn't matter if you missed those.
