"A Matter of Fact" is a song by Electric Light Orchestra that was originally released on the UK "So Serious" single. It was released digitally on the Afterglow box set in 1990 but has received no other official release since then, even on subsequent remasters/reissues of the Balance of Power album. There is also a version of this song that features alternate lyrics. That version was only released on the UK "So Serious" 12" single, and has never received a digital release.
