Former UKIP leader Nigel Farage has likened Theresa May’s Brexit withdrawal agreement to the Treaty of Versailles, signed by the Allied powers and Germany after the First World War. Addressing the European Parliament, Mr Farage likened the PM's financial settlement to the crippling reparations imposed on Germany in 1919.
