After placing all the angel masks and unlocking the way forward, the final confrontation begins. Lady Dimitrescu reveals her true monstrous form, transforming into a massive dragon-like creature as the castle crumbles around you. On top of the tower, Ethan is forced into a desperate boss fight, using every bullet and angle he can find to survive her furious attacks. The battle ends with Lady Dimitrescu’s death, bringing the nightmare of the castle to a brutal close. With the castle destroyed, Ethan escapes back outside and finds the familiar merchant, The Duke. There, he makes a horrifying discovery: the mysterious flask he’s been carrying actually contains Rose’s head. Even after hearing this, Ethan refuses to give up. The Duke explains that Rose has been separated into four flasks, each held by one of the four lords serving Mother Miranda. To save his daughter, Ethan must defeat every lord and recover all the pieces. He also hints that new treasures and secrets are scattered around the village, rewarding players who explore carefully between the main objectives.
