Sudip Bandyopadhyay allowed to visit abroad

The Special CBI Court here today allowed Trinamool Congress MP Sudip Bandyopadhyay, an accused in the Rose Valley chit fund scam to go abroad.The MP, who was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with Rose valley chit fund scam on January 3 and granted bail by the Orissa High Court on May 19, had appealed to the High Court to allow him to give him his passport so that he will visit abroad to attend UNO General Assembly Council meeting.
