Ryze Patch 7.8 - Bug "Cockblock" identified (League of Legends)
So basically you need to watch the "Q" reset. In the footage, Ryze goes "W" followed by a "Q" then an "E" (which should technically reset the "Q" again) the "Q" doesn't get reseted. #MakeHumanRyzeAvaiableAgain
