May 9th, 2022. Severe Weather Outbreak Across Western Wisconsin. Enhanced Risk! Tornado Watch!
May 9th, 2022. The Storm Prediction Center upgraded a slight risk severe weather day to an enhanced risk for parts of eastern Minnesota and West-Central Wisconsin. A tornado watch was also issued for much of the area. I positioned myself in Baldwin Wisconsin late afternoon and intercepted a decent supercell that entered into western Wisconsin that had a history of rotation in eastern Minnesota. The storm wasn't too exciting but had decent structure. Not bad for my first chase of the 2022 storm season!
