Biden Says Islamic State Leader Killed by U.S. Forces in Syria
President Joe Biden said a "major terrorist threat" was killed during a raid by U.S. forces in Syria. Islamic State leader Abu Ibrahim al-Hashimi al-Qurayshi blew himself up and family members as the raid began. Biden spoke at the White House.
