Calories: 365 Carbs: 5g (5% carbs) Fats: 35g (85% fat) Protein: 10 (10% pro) Do your best to always use low sugar syrup as well. When you start to read the lables, you'll see how ridiculously high and dangerous regular syrup can be. I found a low sugar syrup I love that only has 15 calories including only 6g of sugar!!!! Batter Ingredients! 1/2 cup almond flour (blanched & finely ground recommended) 1 tbs coconut flour 1-2 packets of stevia (or any sweetener of choice) 1/2 teaspoon baking powder 1 large Eggs 1/2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk (or any milk of choice) 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional, but recommended) 2 tbs grass fed butter 1 pinch sea salt (optional, but recommended) Additions Because I don't only live a low carb life, but my style is Ketogenic (high fat + low carbs) I'm always looking for a way to add extra fat in. I used an addition 2tbs of butter in the pan melting as my cooking oil (+200 cals) I also used 1/2 tbs butter on top of each pancake and let it melt into more ooowwegoowieness! (150 cals) After cooking, here are my new caloric totals!
