UNI Director of Athletics David Harris interview with Leslie Prideaux of Alumni Relations

David Harris spoke to Prideaux amid national and global protests for racial justice after the death of George Floyd. Harris took over as athletics director of the University of Northern Iowa March 28, 2016. A native of Baton Rouge, La., he earned a bachelor's of business administration in 1993 and an MBA in 1995 from the University of Mississippi. Harris was a member of the Ole Miss football team that competed in three bowl games and joined the Phi Beta Sigma fraternity in college.
