This appears to be an early build of Advanced Warfare, originally titled Blacksmith. The home screen displays Phantom, suggesting that the game was cloned from an early version of Ghosts. I believe this is likely a vertical slice, as only one mission is available, but it's surprisingly polished for such an early stage. Here is a full playthrough of the one and only mission available in Call Of Duty Phantom called Fusion. This build and mission was an early prototype of Call Of Duty Advanced Warfare.
