Adana kebab is a Delicacy from Turkey. Kebabs of all kinds are common in Turkish and Middle Eastern cuisines. Adana kebab is traditionally made with lamb but this can be substituted with beef or Mutton if you like. It is served with flatbread and Turkish salad!
