In just under 20 minutes, we’ll move through a series of mindful exercises that target your glutes, core, back, and upper body – a wonderful way to start your day with intentional movement. Expect feel-good exercises like bridge, heel lifts, cat cow, downward dog, tiger curl, balancing tabletop, thread the needle, melting heart, and locust variations.
