Salami Mozzarella Sandwich | POV Cooking

Ingredients: 2 tbsp butter 2 slices of sourdough 1 bowl of arugula 2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar 1 tbsp olive oil Salt to taste 10-12 slices of salami 3 oz mozzarella Recipe: 1. Toast 2 slices of sourdough in 2 tbsp butter. 2. Mix 1 bowl of arugula, 2-3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, 1 tbsp olive oil, & salt to taste. 3. After flipping the bread, add 3 oz slices of mozzarella to a slice, then cover to melt. 4. Layer salami slices over the mozzarella. Layer the arugula over the salami, then add the top bread.
