Indeed, Shahi Pulao is a rice dish that is loaded with spices, nuts and a horde of other ingredients, which give it a memorable flavor and texture. This favorite cuisine is famous for using huge variety of nuts and dry fruits that are widely spread all over the dish and mixed completely so that every bite is healthy and delicious. Ingredients: -Basmati rice 750grams. -Chicken 750grams. -yogurt 1cup. -Lemon juice 1/2cup. -Red chilli powder 1Tbsp. -Salt. to taste. -White cumin seed 1Tbsp. -Nutmeg powder(jaifal jawitri powder) 1/2tsp. -Coriander powder 1Tbsp. -Whole spices powder(garm masala) 1tsp. -Black pepper powder 1tsp. -Oil 1/cup + 3Tbsp. -Almond(badam) 1/2cup. -Raisins(kishmish) 1/2cup -Cashews(Kaju) 1/2cup. -Pistashio(pista) 1/2cup. -Green cardamom(sabj alaichi)powder 1/2tsp. -Onion 3medium. -Milk 3/4cup -water as required. Directions: -Marinate chicken for 1hr adding yogurt,lemon juice,Red chilli,salt,white cumin seed,nutmeg powder,corriander powder,garm masala and black pepper powder. -Roast all nuts on medium for 1-2 minutes with oil. -Heat oil and add onion fry it until golden brown on medium flame . -Set aside onion and in this oil add whole spices fry it for a minute add chicken fry for a minute and add remaining better of yogurt. -Cook untill yogurt dry then add green cardamom. -Add rice and fry for a minute. -Add 3 cups water and cook on high flame untill water evaporates. -Add milk and cook untill milk get dry than add Roasted nuts and cover with lid . -Cook on low flame for 10 minutes or untill rice welldone . #pulao#ShahiPulao#MughlaiPulao
