Easy Kombos: Liu Kang - Mortal Kombat 9 (2011)

Easy Kombos is a series where I showcase beginner-friendly combos for characters in fighting games such as Mortal Kombat 9 and Mortal Kombat X. I have mixed feelings about Liu Kang in MK9. In MKX he's this really strong but very challenging character in every variation, but in MK9 he's... More like his past self in MK1, that being: a very easy beginner character. His combos are simple loops of the same juggling strings. You don't have many options to end your combos other than the bicycle kick, the uppercut, and the fireballs. Liu Kang is very spammable, a fine pick for a beginner trying to learn combos for the first time. I recommend trying to play with him when you want to practice combos that include dashing. #mortalkombat #mk9 #liukang
