In this mission, you have to talk to Alex Javorski to learn what or who he knows. He's inside enemy's guarded house and he's lying in a hospital's bed nearly dying. main Act 2 Bad Medicine (part 3) In this part 3, you are already in the house upstairs. Just eliminate the 2 remaining enemies. Then look for the room where Alex Javorski is kept hospitalized. You will need to access his room from the balcony after you have unlocked his room from the inside hacking the camera. At this point, Alex Javorski will tell you important information for Raymond (your avatar in the game). At the end, you need to escape the police which is coming: remember to disable the helicopter so they won't have visual on you and then escape from the island using the boat.
