Now bare in mind I knew going into the building that it was a bad place to be. However I needed to go through it to talk with the npc on the roof in order to drain the water in the ruins. The Cursebite Ring is also on the bottom floor in the back corner of the house. I was terrified after I turned around and saw the room filled up with ghosts. I luckily was able to escape into the hallway and completely forgot that they can walk through walls lol. After I was able to heal up the panic subsided and I dropped a couple of them. Their boss decided to sneak up behind me for a backstab but none the less I left victorious! This is something that I love about the Souls Series because even if you've been through an area many times and are armored up with good weapons, there's always that chance you die from the weaklings.
