Application of Opamp Voltage Follower as Isolator/Buffer Amplifier(Hindi)

VOLTAGE FOLLOWER AS ISOLATOR/BUFFER AMPLIFIER Use of Isolating amplifier or Buffer amplifier: It prevents the load from loading the source or supply circuit so that source’s desired operation is not disturbed The non non inverting opamp is used to make Voltage follower because it has high input impedance . When power source is feeding a high impedance Load, it takes less current from source and less amount of power is taken from source due to which loading of source is reduced. But, when source is feeding a low impedance Load, it takes huge amount of current from source and large amount of power is taken from source due to which loading of source is encountered. So,in case low impedance loads we use a voltage follower circuit in between power source and low impedance load because the voltage follower has high input impedance and thus,it draws less current from source and also produces same output signal as input.
