For Omelet making Break the 3 eggs in a bowl then add chopped chilies, chopped onion, Salt to taste, small piece of cheese (Chopped). 2. Now beat the eggs nicely. 3. Keep the PAN on medium flame and add 1 tbsp butter. 4. After 2 minutes flip the omelet and add 1 cheese cube. 5. Again flip the omelet and add some more cheese. 6. After 1min cheese will be melt and omelet will be ready. 7. Now prepare the bread slice for sandwich. 8. Apply some butter on 1 slice and tandoori mayonnaise sauce on another slice. 9. Now add 2 lettuce leaves and pack the sandwich. 10. Toast the sandwich on PAN or toaster till nice golden brown color. 11. After 2 minutes sandwich will be ready to serve. 12. Break the sandwich into two parts and serve with your favorite sauce.
