What Pokemon are STUCK in Generation 7?

UPDATED: The Kalos starters, Meloetta, Hoopa, and Samurott will be added with home compatibility sometime in 2023! That leaves 26 pokemon... A total of 38 pokemon have not been seen in any of the games released past generation 7. Without BDSP, that number would be even higher. The pokemon that are "stuck" are: Snivy Servine Serperior Tepig Pignite Emboar Patrat Watchog Pansage Simisage Pansear Simisear Panpour Simipour Blitzle Zebstrika Sewaddle Swadloon Leavanny Ducklett Swanna Furfrou Pikipek Trumbeak Toucannon Minior I'm not sure if this is because of the multiple forms some of them have, or if there's any reason at all.
