The modded Ubermacht Sentinel XS spawns after 23.00 hour in Rockford Hills, a few blocks north of the Los Santos Costums at the centre, just near Eclipse Towers. The time-limit is short, because they don't spawn after 03.00 hour anymore. There are two versions of the modded Sentinel XS, a yellow one and a blue one. The blue one sells for over 17K gta$ and the yellow one for over 14K gta$ at Los Santos. To get them spawning, get yourself a Sentinel XS and drive the route I'm showing in the video. At some point you need to drive real slow (at 1:04 min in the video) and then, when you turn left, youĺl see the Sentinel XS waiting in line for the traffic-light. You can sell the Sentinel XS, but it's also a really good-looking car to have and to drive in. In the video I get a yellow one to spawn, but the blue Sentinel XS spawns the same way.
